Over an excruciating, shiny 8 hours, she endured 612 Shimansky Ideal Cut .5 carat diamonds attached to her skin through an unusual type called “encrusting.” Unfortunately (maybe?), they used a water-soluble adhesive, and after the photo shoot, the formula was dissolved from the model’s skin. The jeweler is open to adhering its diamonds to discerning (read: rich) customers at any of its four, international locations.
Of course, it won’t be long until a rich, artistic member of a country club gang decides to bling themselves using diamonds like this coupled to micro dermal anchor to actually have a permanent diamond tattoo.
